Pythagorean Spiral
On poster board or a 18 x24 piece of construction paper create a Pythagorean spiral. To find the starting point, go down 17 cm and across 21 cm. From that point, make a line segment 7 cm long to the right. Make a right angle and then make a line segment 7 cm up from that right angle. Connect that segment back to the original point to create a triangle. See the video below for step by step directions. When your spiral is complete, color it any way you want. Upload a picture.

You will answer all 3 questions at each stop with your partner and record it on your recording sheet, then one partner will move to the station to the right and the other partner will move to the station to the left. Therefore, each station you will have a different partner. You will continue moving in the same direction around the room stopping at each station to answer the questions.
